Neurizer were fortunate to come across the Birthing Kit Foundation Australia which also happens to be based in Adelaide. “The Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia) is a humanitarian organisation that provides birthing kits and education in clean birthing practices to women birthing at home in remote regions of the developing world.”
The NeuRizer assembly day finally arrived, and the teams were all ready to start folding and packing the birthing kits. The 30-60mins each staff member spent packing these kits gave us all a sense of realisation of the world we live in. A world where unfortunately we are all not privileged to have access to even the basic needs that each woman should have the right to when giving birth.
We managed to assemble 400 kits which was a privilege, to take part in helping women across the globe have access to clean and safe birthing materials is small part but with big impact.
