General Expression of Interest

NeuRizer (NRZ), a certified carbon neutral organisation having been awarded Climate Active certification and being a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, is the Company progressing the NeuRizer Urea Project (NRUP).  

NRUP is a nationally significant project to deliver low-cost, high-quality nitrogen-based fertiliser ensuring a secure future supply for both national and international agriculture markets. The NRUP is progressing to be one of the largest infrastructure projects of its type in Australia, providing long-term development in economics and employment opportunities in the communities of the Upper Spencer Gulf Region, the northern Flinders region and South Australia.

The NRUP is carbon neutral by design, with the engineering and design process in place to ensure that the NRUP achieves net zero carbon emissions in its operations from the start-up.

The project is in South Australia, 550 Kilometres north of Adelaide, and will produce 1Mtpa – 2Mtpa of Urea fertiliser.
