Alex Mutiso – Senior Environmental Scientist

Having worked and studied internationally on many large projects, working at Leigh Creek Energy has provided me with interesting and diversified challenges while ensuring environmental stewardship remains at the forefront of the project’s success. The autonomy and trust to just get on with the job is refreshing.

As a parent with primary school kids I am still able to spend quality time with them knowing that I work for a company that appreciates the value of not just committing yourself to the job but balancing family time with career.

Tammie Salvemini – Project and Sponsorship Coordinator

Being part of a company is one thing but being part of a company that enables employees to grow and learn within their role is one aspect of Leigh Creek Energy that I admire.  My role is forever evolving which I love, it keeps me on my toes. Being part of a team that sponsors and supports not only the local community but also charities that LCK believe strongly about is a meaningful part of my position.

Trent Anderson – Hydrogeologist/Environmental Advisor

It’s refreshing to work in an environment where employee wellbeing is so highly regarded.

The fact that the incentives are continuously reviewed and updated ensures that they remain relevant to the current LCK team and the work environment.
